What does the engineer need access to?
To install a smart heating system, we need to work with your boiler and home broadband router.
There should also be a spare socket near your router.
Where does the thermostat go?
It can be mounted on the wall, or placed on the included stand.
Just ask us during our visit if you would like it mounted to the wall, and we can do that for you.
